About Our Business
Every project is handled with the same care, from the largest commercial project to the residential lot survey.
W.D. Gray and Associates, Inc. was founded by Warren Gray in January of 2000. Starting small with a core group of regular clients, the company grew quickly in both the residential and commercial markets. Larry Shimshick, who obtained his surveying license in 1986 was the registered surveyor on staff until 2004 when Warren obtained his surveying license. Matt Langley joined W.D. Gray and Associates in 2003 working during the summer while in school. After graduating in 2007, Matt obtained his surveying license in 2010.
W.D. Gray and Associates has successfully completed projects ranging from an 1800 +/- acre boundary in Greenville to a 0.25+/- acre mortgage survey for closing.
